This busy family of 5 living on the outskirts of Harlow are looking for a professional and proactive housekeeper. The house comprises of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms plus a pool and a gym building. There will be the very odd school run needed for the youngest child of 14 years. Full housekeeping duties needed including a family meal cooked each night. The family have 2 dogs. Ideally the right person will be happy to be self employed and the family’s accountant will be happy to support you with this. Salary and contract details are all negotiable for the right person. Holiday pay/statutory rights all included.

Duties include:

​

• Maintaining clean and sanitary kitchen and bathroom areas

• Cleaning and sanitising toilet showers/ baths countertops and sinks

• Making/ changing beds

• Washing windows

• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs

• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures

• Sorting washing and loading and unloading laundry

• Ironing clothing

• Keeping bathrooms stocked with clean linen toiletries and other supplies

• Cleaning mirror and other glass surfaces

• Tidying rooms

• Monitoring cleaning supplies and ordering more as required

• Reporting any necessary repairs or replacements
