Fees

At Belles & Beaus Nanny Agency, we do not charge a registration fee and we pride ourselves in offering one of the most affordable childcare placement services across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Our fee is payable in full 14 days after a position has been confirmed.

Placement fees:

Permanent fees in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire: 2.5 x gross weekly salary

Permanent fees in London:4 x gross weekly salary

Nanny Share roles in Hertfordshire Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire: 3.5 x gross weekly salary

Nanny Share roles in London:5 x gross weekly salary

Temporary Nannies:

Less than 1 week (4 days or less) £ 25.00 per day

Less than 12 week placements: £100 for first week - £50.00 per week thereafter

12 week plus placements:2.5 x gross weekly salary (min £100)

Maternity nurses:£50 per session for the first 7 sessions, £25 per session thereafter

Night nannies:£35 per night for the first 7 sessions, £25 per night thereafter

Permanent Nursery Staff

All permanent nursery placements will be subject to a one off recruitment fee based on the annual salary as follows:-

Nursery Nurse 10%

Team Leader/Supervisor 10%

Manager/Deputy 10%

Interim and Contract Nursery Staff

All interim and contract nursery placements will be subject to a one off recruitment fee as follows:-

1 - 2 month contract £1,000

3 - 6 month contract £1,500

7 - 12 months contract £2,000

Please note our payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice. Fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Executive Search

We offer a retained assignment service for all Managerial and Senior Level positions – this is a unique and bespoke service that fully utilises our knowledge of the childcare industry to deliver the highest calibre of candidate. One of the benefits of this is service is discretion – we can ensure that neither your team or your nursery parents will know you are recruiting.
